Kalorie is the brand of Positrix Power Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The company states that all items it sells are manufactured in its own factory.
Which batteries does Kalorie offer?
Automotive batteries, flat-plate inverter batteries, tall tubular inverter batteries (100 Ah to 220 Ah) and sealed maintenance-free (SMF) batteries, in 12 V 12 Ah and 12 V 65 Ah sizes.
Do Kalorie inverter batteries work with other brands of inverter?
The company states that Kalorie inverter batteries are compatible with any brand of inverter available in the market. Check the voltage and capacity your inverter requires before choosing a model.
Do I need to top up water?
No for the maintenance-free automotive batteries, the zero-maintenance flat-plate inverter batteries and the sealed SMF batteries. The Tall Tubular range is described as low maintenance with easy water topping. Always follow the instructions on your battery label.
What warranty do Kalorie products carry?
The battery brochure lists warranty periods by model, from 24 months upward, and some models carry a pro-rata element. The PEEG carries a 2-year warranty as per company terms. Warranty terms differ by product; please check the product page and your warranty card, and register your product.
How do I register my warranty?
Use the Warranty Registration form under Support. Keep your invoice and the serial or batch number printed on the product.
Can Positrix Power make a custom product?
Yes, the company builds custom products for special applications such as extra-quiet operation, low temperature rise, low impedance or small footprint. Send the requirement through the Customer Inquiry form; feasibility and lead time are confirmed for each request.
Where can I buy Kalorie products?
